We maintain a small number of reduced-fee places for those experiencing financial hardship. Availability varies, so please enquire when you first contact us. We believe cost shouldn't be an absolute barrier to accessing support.
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice are charged at the full rate, except in emergencies. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer times to others who may be waiting.
